St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is the only not-for-profit, religiously sponsored hospital system in southern Nevada. This means our operating margins go right back into our hospitals (and the community) to help us respond to the area's critical hospital bed shortage through continued growth. The three St. Rose campuses offer an array of medical services including 24-hour emergency departments, a full range of surgical services, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Open Heart Surgery Centers and more.
